I just want to let it be known that Bayshore Medical center has definitely upgraded its facility. My grandmother was what you may call a very "difficult patient" she was elderly, and often in pain, two symptoms that made treating her a very hard task. The doctors that worked with her were patient and knowledgeable. They treated her with respect and I will always be grateful for that. I will say the hospital was spotless and even the quality of the food improved. lastly , I want to mention the non- medical employees such as the lovely lady who use to clean my grandmothers room. she always did a great job of sterilizing the room with a smile and a short conversation even bringing her flowers one time. Then there was an outstanding gentlemen in the administrative department. Our family will always be grateful to him for doing such a great job of making not only my grandmother but my entire family feel good. He always called her by first name and checked in on her every shift he worked. When things got bad he comforted our entire family.
I wish Bayshore Medical the best of luck in the future and I am glad we now have a hospital of this caliber in the area. I will definitely be recommended them to my friends and family in the future.
