I have been waiting since before Christmas to have my microwave repaired. Fist appointment the tech called on day of appointment and diagnosed the issue over the phone. Second appointment he showed up with the wrong part. Now it s February 1st and I am still waiting. This use to be a good company...absolutely no customer service and horrible repair. Save your money...don t use them for your warranty company.
