After several days on the resort I've decided to edit my review. Keep in mind my wife and I are VIP members and down to earth people.
Service: not bad, but not 5 star as a Secrets is. I don't expect much.
Drinks: no two drinks a like. No lie 20 minutes apart, same bartender, and this was the whole stay for my wife and her two friends as well. You all know what a Mia Tai is? We all had/ tried several and none were even close.
Sickness: I know it happens in certain parts of the world. My issue is that the only thing different was one drink I had. I brought this up to management and they wanted me to see the doctor, in short, I did. The major issue is they were not concerned for other guests. They offered a future room upgrade (the same one we already had) I was sick for three days and lost 8 pounds (from 208lbs). I will not be back to this resort for several reasons. I hope this helps someone decide on which resort to choose.
