Typical Whataburger. Customer service is more of a miss than a hit. One employee stopped another employee from taking my order, after I had already started, and cleared it out just because the employee was about to go into overtime. Had to start over with another employee once they changed a register out. Did absolutely no good complaining to management. Their response was basically a shrug of the shoulders. More tourists here than you would find at a neighborhood Whataburger. I would not recommend this place at night after the bars have closed. Customer service is at its worst then.
