I stopped exercising at the start of my first pregnancy, losing confidence and seriously lacking in fitness by the time I d had my baby. Fit and Healthy Mums soon changed all of that! Keri creates such a supportive environment - it s a whole room of mums helping other mums; laughing off the meltdowns, ignoring the baby sick on your shoulder and between all of that actually getting to workout! Another baby later... and Keri has taught me more about my post pregnancy body than I ever thought possible, shared some amazing parenting tips, and even managed to tone me up along the way.
