I should give 0 stars, but it is not possible so I give one, Customer support is really useless and shameful! I had to delay the withdrawal of the new car because I had practically no serious and reliable interlocutor with whom to interface. For my mere mistake I uploaded the documentation of the new incomplete vehicle on the site, to be able to resolve the issue by integrating with the missing form I tried several times to contact them: by telephone (infinite waits and interlocutors with which each time it started from 0) via form website (no reply) by email (no reply, even an operator by phone told me that he had not received the email with the document, too bad that they themselves had sent me a confirmation email !!!) messanger (service absolutely useless). It is not possible to manage customers in this way.
