Alan was friendly, professional and thorough with my furnace, ran quieter after maintenance. This was a yearly inspection included in my service plan. However, Didn't receive a survey request from the guy who repaired my dryer (replaced thermal switch/fuze) a few days earlier and told me the main problem was my dryer vent was clogged causing the dryer to overheat, but that Service One doesn't do vent cleaning and recommended that I get it cleaned or my dryer would continue to overheat. I got it cleaned for $180! And it took them about 15 minutes from start to finish. Not that hard Service One!
