Sandy Sciliano with Dwell 360 is your realtor dream come true! Sandy helped us sell our condo in Brighton and buy the home of our dreams in the suburbs during the summer of 2016. Everything from start to finish was flawless. Sandy is a skilled and caring realtor with excellent communication skills--she is proactive, incredibly timely, readily available, and willing to do whatever it takes to help her client. She walked us through tips and suggestions for preparing our home to sell--what she told us to do, we followed! Our condo looked spectacular come selling time--with gorgeous photos and a brochure to boot! Similarly, Sandy was with us every step of the way in purchasing our new home. She was able to coach us and offer guidance in navigating a very hot sellers market--we were able to see our current home and make an offer before it went to open house, which helped us tremendously in a competitive market. I honestly cannot safe enough good things about Sandy and Dwell 360 and how they made what could be a really daunting process, so much more streamlined, understandable, and manageable! Should we decide to sell again in the future, we know who we will be calling!
