My small company sent prints and outlined exactly ...

My small company sent prints and outlined exactly what we needed for our application - asking if they could come up with a solution. They "engineered" a custom solution that they said should do the job so we bought over $600 worth of sample tools that we were told should work.

We broke two of them and reported back to MITGI that it wasn't working.
They said let us look and then informed us that they made a few more of the tool in-house to test and their engineer confirmed that they break in this application just as we described. MITGI then came back with a new proposal, a different tool custom tool with a quote for a $500+ order.

This company does NOT stand by their products, or even do proper engineering work until after the customer has given them money. Even when they admit their design was bad they want the customer to pay to fix the mistake.

If you value integrity I suggest you stay away from MITGI's solutions.
