I cancelled my policy after finding a better provider at a lower rate. I had been a GAINSCO customer for quite a while. I paid my monthly bill by automatic draft and NEVER missed a payment. Weeks after canceling my policy, GAINSCO withdrew another payment and refuses to refund my money. THIS IS THEFT!
