The training was horrible! I was handed an OASIS tablet and pretty much had to figure it out myself. My boss was always too busy to sit down and go over the total program. 2 minutes here, 3 minutes there, just wasn't going to make it.
The month I left I was working 18 days on call! Being on call was a measly $1.25/hr!

I had to resign because my DOO removed my charting time from my pay check, over $450.00 as I also worked the weekend. When I asked her why she took my time out and that she was STEALING MY LABOR she looked at me like a deer in headlights, no admission of guilt, no apology that she stole over $450.00! She merely said, "I'll put it in your next check." She lied, she never put back any of the money she stole. Was she fired? Nope. Apparently Curo doesn't think stealing is that big a deal. However, Curo did reimburse my $450.00 after I went to the labor board to complain.
