Great experience. Saas-Fee is a magnificent resort in the Swiss Alps. Walliserhof Hotel deserves 5 stars. Even during covid, everything is fine, almost perfect. Quality service, 2 restaurants with different cuisines, a good breakfast buffet, an enjoyable spa, a gigantic fitness room with up-to-date apparels, a spacious and confortable room. If I had to find 2 (very) small details which could be ameliorate, it would be the cuisine (a little bit too much of swiss german influence) and how the room is electrically design (yes, try to find which switch lightens which lamp...). But as I wrote, these are details and I will certainly return to this resort, also according to the fact that the price is more than reasonable for all what you get. I warmly recommand.
