Just OK, only annoying thing is if you get called ...

Just OK, only annoying thing is if you get called and you missed that call,they don't try to reach out again. Meaning you loose that chance.Annoying and Sad.
Either way at least I have been to a few interviews,from companies I applied to on their sites. Oh least I forget incorporate the chance for someone to apply twice at least, there was this instance I applied and later on I realised the company had gone offline, and I had been shortlisted; Great.... and within a couple of days they had changed, the requirements for the job and were back online?!
