A smaller distillery than Jamesons. The tour and tasting go through the actual fermentation and distilling areas. They leave a fermentation vat open so you can see the yeast at work. The tastings are small groups and the more expensive tasting is worth the couple of extra euros. There's a gift shop and bar that's cozy and enjoyable enough to spend a few hours with friends, (but plan to take a taxi or bus home). :-)
