Inept. Don't count on getting a reimbursement check .almost a month I called needing my reimbursement.. for more dental work that was scheduled. They have no way of over night mail .cannot fed x .. they have no ideas when new check will be issued. Absolutely the worst customer service I've received.

So I called that number and my initial assessment was correct.
