No free breakfast. That would have been a deal breaker for me as a Business traveler... But then I m just the plus 1 this trip. Room is clean, average size for a hotel, dehumidifier, much needed in FL. Great pool area, large pool, kids play area and a tiny hot-tub. Nice set-up. There is a cafe with $7+ breakfast items and $3+ coffee. So... budget another $10 if you are looking for breakfast like me... over-all not bad. I dont remember the last time I stay in a hotel with no breakfast... even the motel had coffee and bagels... and this is resort ... go figures.
