General Manager, Jim Lampke and Sales Manager, Rini Schepen were extremely helpful in assisting me with the purchase of my 2017 Ford Escape. The were courteous and professional throughout the entire process. This is the 3rd time that I have purchased a new vehicle from Autonation-Jacksonville (formerly Mike Shad Ford) and this was by far the best deal that I have received.
