The experience was amazing when buying our truck in 2017. However service has not great been. We have been there for 2 oil changes in the past year. Each time taking over 2 hours for basic service we made an appt for. I am not sure what the point is to even make an appt. Very disappointed in the service to date. At least Conrads has me out within an hour.
