I asked for a 'course by course' evaluation on my Canadian transcript. I paid $185 for this service. The school I was applying for called to tell me they did not receive the mandatory 'course by course' but only a 'pass and fail' repot. This was unacceptable to allow me into the program. I called Global Language to see why they did not provide what I paid for. They told me I would get a complete refund because they would be unable to provide me with what I paid for. I was told I would receive the refund on JUNE 20th, it is now AUGUST 23rd and I still have not received my money. I have called several times and been told 'It should only be another week'. I'm so tired of the excuses.

Dear Global Language,
If you can not provide the service I requested, you shouldn't of charged my card. Maybe if you would have contacted me before charging me I wouldn't be so upset. Please send my refund. It has been 9 weeks. I should be charging you interest on holding my money so long.
