I have had the worst customer experience ever from the Charleston service department. They had my car for three weeks and refused to give me a loaner. They said they would put me on a waiting list. When I did get my car back today it had two different rattling sounds in it that weren t there when I took the car in. The mechanic said it was doing that when I brought the car in. I am so disappointed in their attitudes in the whole service department. They are disrespectful, take advantage of me a senior citizen and lie through their teeth every time I talked to them. What happened to taking pride in your job and doing things right.
