Overall, I had a satisfactory experience at Moorside Grange Hotel & Spa. The customer service was friendly, and the facilities were well-maintained. However, I felt that the food options were limited, and there wasn't much variety in the menu. The spa treatment was relaxing, and the therapist was attentive to my needs. It would be great if they could improve the dining experience by offering more options and flavors. Nonetheless, I would recommend the hotel for a peaceful getaway.
