I adopted two cats and was told if for any reason I had seven days to return the animal. Well one of the cats was extremely not happy at all and bit me on the arm and fingers as well as scratched me and I ended up having to go to the doctor which cost me $60 for meds and a shot. Anyway I took the cat back and the same girl that did my adoption paperwork for the two cats was there so I told her I'd like my money back for this cat and showed her my bite marks.I then told her you said for any reason well I think the cat being extremly violent warrants getting my money back, at that time she proceeds to tell me that's not what I said well to make a long story short after talking with the manager and telling them all that I'm not leaving without getting my money back that's exactly what happened. They should've never put that cat up for adoption and it took me four trips down there to finally pick up my refund check. The other cat I adopted is great I couldn't have asked for a better one but they should've known not to adopt the other one especially since they had a hell of a time catching it to put it in the car carrier in the first place.
