You must be better off taking care of their workers and paying the correct salary for the correct seniority to their workers :-(

Answer to the Uloba owner: As a work manager (without pay) in Uloba, my employees can not get the seniority they received from the municipality and the union involved and tried to find a solution, but they said that Uloba could look away from all the seniority of them even though they had worked with me for 5 years. The reason Uloba gave was that my nurses were employed as a healthcare worker and not a user-assisted personal assistant. And therefore unions did not get any way with the right salary for the right seniority. So you really want to hire only unskilled workers to earn more in your administration! I have happily received a new service provider now and they pay all my workers the right salary for seniority :-) So to everyone out there I recommend checking thoroughly with all companies that deliver BPA solutions before choosing who will make your life better to live.
