After being away from Egypt for the last 12 years, am delighted to find this unique hotel not only keeping the level of quality as it did in the old days but improving. The ambiance, vibe, service, food and the most important the human factor are of the highest standards. The staff are very warm and friendly and provide the best service I ever seen in Egypt. I am so proud to have such a level of hospitality in my home country. keep it up guys.
