Service was subpar from their normal. Auto check out on the TV did not work and very few property amenities where available when needed, beach towel area was closed upon arrival, switch at the room door for lighting did not work unless something stood there with the switch in half position, light burnt out in the bathroom. Ice not available on the floor when needed and luggage trolleys where not available (other guests had them in their rooms overnight). High price to pay for resort fees for the few that could be used!
