Unethical sales practice: I am the CEO of a consulting group. This is posted under my Trusted Homes business since I don't have a google account for my consulting business. This company has history of twice in the past year performing unethical sales practice. 1. Attempting to charge me over $10K for competency profiles built in the system that were not disclosed but they are say are their 'policy' but not disclosed in the contract. 2. Recently I was quoted $1300 additional for new functionality that they then attempted to contract for $10K additional in fees.

I have never seen such unethical sales and account management behavior.

Sales and management need to consider this and start holding sales team accountable for ETHICAL sales practice. They are looking to trap you into a SaaS contract then extort $10K at a time from you!
