I have never stayed here, but when we stopped in to check it out for non local family coming to the area for my wedding in March, they were so nice. We walked in without an appointment and the building manager dropped what she was doing to show us a few rooms and talk with us about what they have to offer us. It was a great experience! Ive herd that this place was once pretty sketchy, but I'm hear to tell you it is no longer that. The hotel is beautiful and is not a place to overlook when looking for a place to stay in Grand Rapids. The service I've experienced so far has been pretty great too!
