I would like to share my experience at this dealer...

I would like to share my experience at this dealership. I got there around 7:55 pm and asked for a salesperson who could assist me, Me and my wife were looking to purchase a brand new Toyota RAV4 2019. The front desk paged for a sales person, after 5-7 minutes of waiting for a salesperson to show up, a salesperson named Michael Dillon showed up. He introduced himself, I mentioned we were looking for a brand new RAV4 2019 Limited trim in white or silver color. He mentions the dealership only has Black color in stock. I showed him their own website and asked why would they show it online if they had none on hand. He gives a very useless explanation for that which didn t even make sense. We didn t make a big fuss about it as I thought maybe he doesn t know the actual reason and plus we were there at the dealership already so we thought maybe he would show us more options, maybe some better ones that are not even online. Then I took a peek in the parking lot and saw silver and white RAV4 in the parking lot along with a few black ones. Michael says oh no I don t see any from here, we would have to factory order them. But I was like there is a white and a silver out there, he goes those are not limited. So I didn t argue on this with him. Then he goes and checks when the next white RAV4 limited would be in and comes back and tells us it would be in stock in the first week of June. He goes, do you want to look at numbers? We said sure. We were interested in leasing this vehicle. He did not ask us any questions at all and it seemed like he had no interest in selling this car to me. He goes this would be your lease amount bi-weekly and we were like this is too high for us, he goes there is nothing I can do about this price. We said okay thank you for your time to which he says thank you for coming in. Like he did not even make ANY effort in maybe asking us what our budget was? Or what we were looking for in a car? Or even say we can work it out for you? NOTHING AT ALL. This was quite surprising to us as we were serious buyers and came with the exact description of the car we were looking for. While we were driving away from the dealership, I was curious to see which trim were the white and silver RAV4s I saw from the dealership. We drive past it and saw that both those vehicles were limited trims. This really made us angry and we rushed back to the dealership. We asked for the sales manager and explained everything to him. He was nice enough to find out about the availability of the white and silver RAV4 limited trims. He said yes they are available and directed us to Gerry Thorne. Gerry was a very kind salesperson, not pushy at all and was willing to help us out. Salespersons like Michael Dillon should not be in sales if this feels like a chore to them.
