I rented a pressure washer on a Friday with the understanding I would return it Monday for an additional weekend charge. After using it 2 hours Friday the cord broke and the rental was inoperable. I immediately called the owner and left a message. Returning the rental Monday I asked for a refund but was denied and no offer to give me another washer was given. I was told the washer worked prior to being rented and that I got some use out of it. Be careful renting from this company as even though the rentals are used and thus subject to breakdowns you may be held responsible and get no compensation if something breaks. VERY poor customer service
