This post is concerning Ms. Susan Moore with the Visitors Bureau. After trying to rent a venue from the bureau with no return phone call, I spoke with Ms. Moore and received answers to questions I had been waiting on for two weeks. She is a definite jewel with this association. She was helpful and pleasant and probably saved any future business I would do with the visitors bureau. I really wish I had spoken with her sooner to alleviate frustrations, she is the reason for my five star review and why I will consider still doing my current business with this association.
