Not giving any notification of application status....

Not giving any notification of application status. Have to email them only to get a reply 2 or 3 days later. No live calls in an Embassy? It's ridiculous! what happen's if there's an emergency? I have to wait 2 days patiently for a response? Be careful people, if you don't provide a return mail when you send them your passport. They will use regular mail and send it back. It's been 20 days and mine hasn't even return yet. THIS PLACE SUCKS
