Used them the first time when my wife and I bought...

Used them the first time when my wife and I bought our first house 5 years ago. Jamie himself dealt with that and had a good service. Decided when our mortgage fixed rate was coming to an end to use them again. This time Jamie's brother Rob dealt with us. Originally we took out two mortgages, one to release some equity from my fathers house to put the deposit down on our current home. Both needed renewing. We agreed a price and Rob set to work and we had a new mortgage on our current home, told my fathers home would be sorted soon. One of the girls in the office rang me then to have the bill settled, couldn't quite hear her very well and misheard the price but gave her my card details to pay. I then had the paper bill in the post which was double what was agreed between myself and Rob and so far nothing regarding my fathers mortgage. Sent Rob a message about being charged double and to ask how my fathers mortgage was coming along, heard nothing, days and weeks passed so attempted to get in touch again to ask what was going on, once again nothing.

I've been charged double and the job I paid for wasn't completed and Rob doesn't return my messages.

Very disappointed after the great service we had from Jamie originally when he was starting his business up.

(Update)

Jamie and Rob have both been in touch with me and personally apologised about the mishap. These things happen sometimes, they kindly refunded me the full amount for their services and are sorting out the the second mortgage renewal.

This was very much appreciated as not a lot of companies would do this in this day and age. I will return to JWA in future.
