My husband and I had an excellent experience at Westminster Toyota. We had several friends who had been here before us and had wonderful things to say, so when I need a new vehicle we decided to come check them out! Kartik Sharma (Sales Manager) & Lance Barrs (Product Advisor) were amazing. From the moment we walked in, until we left, we were treated like family! They listened to our every need and all my wants: they also paid attention to the things we definitely did not want. They took our budget into consideration. We never ever felt pressured into buying something we didn t need but felt like we were getting EXACTLY what we wanted and well within our negotiated budget. The COVID-19 protocols are exemplary! Everything is so clean! We went seamlessly from Sales, to test drives, to the Finance office for paper signing with (James), then to Insurance with Akash, the Service/ Parts Dept with Maneer and finally to the garage where Lance patiently went over relevant points of the vehicle with me. We felt like very valued clients and this has been followed up today with phone calls to see if we had any additional questions. I would highly recommend this dealer based on my experience so far! My friends tell me their service department is just as incredible!
