Beach and beach club are gorgeous; cocktails and dining are top notch. Feels very California / Malibu beach club-like I had one of the lower tier rooms and I was surprised at the fit and finish. Drop ceilings in an $800/nt room seem out of place. I heard it used to be an old fishing camp that they couldn't tear down because of some reasons so maybe they had to make do with what they were given. I guess that's irrelevant though because you shouldn't be spending any time in your room. The beach setup is awesome.
