We just returned from our stay and cannot say enough good things about our stay there. From check in to housekeeping to our various trips to the Concierge, our stay was superb. If I had to one negative comment to make, it would be our room's air conditioning. It seemed to be not as cool in our room during the overnight hours as it was throughout the rest of the day. Definitely not unbearable as to the point of giving a lesser than an overall rating of five. We will be coming back to Key West and will not stay anywhere else. Thanks for a wonderful week!!
