Ordered a product at 5:15pm and called in 30 minut...

Ordered a product at 5:15pm and called in 30 minutes later to cancel. Was told that within THIRTY MINUTES, the item had already been picked and placed on a truck and could not be canceled. Either they are liars, or they are the fastest shippers in the west...and I think I know what the answer is.

Now I have to wait for the package to come, refuse the package, and hope that they return my payment in a timely manner. I'm not holding my breath, due to these other reviews.

Just stick with Amazon and don't bother with this company.
