The staff were not very nice or accommodating. The buffet was ok, most of the other restaurants were good.

I paid $12 for a room service coffee. The most expensive coffee I have ever had. It was so bitter. Still regret it now.

For all the work they have put into this hotel it s a shame staff bring the whole place down with bad attitudes.
