Made my reservation over the phone through the 800...

Made my reservation over the phone through the 800 reservation number. They were really helpful. I paid for the bed and breakfast. Check in was really easy. It was fast too fast. I had to remind The check in agent that i paid for bed and breakfast package so I needed the voucher for the next morning. I never double checked the ticket. She recited the times and i was on my way.The room was smaller than what I expected but then I was reminded that was to be expected because of the location. Otherwise room was clean and nice. When the morning comes and I go down for breakfast at 10am, they tell me that the buffet ended at 9:30 but there was continental breakfast until 11. I was puzzled. I didn't pay extra to have cold cereal and tea. I was under the impression that i paid for hot buffet. I was accomdated but still wasn't happy. I felt like I was giving heated up food. I looked at the menu noticed the prices the continental was cheaper than what I paid when I booked so how was Hilton expecting me to pay for something where the value was off?
