Purchased LG V20 phone May 2017. "Burn In" "Ghosting" (pick a term) appears on the screen. DM someone at LG on Twitter, gave them IMEI # and the reply i get is 15 month warranty started 3 months before i purchased phone so it expired last month! How can a warranty start before anyone has the product?
