Being a first time homebuyer is extremely stressful. We started this back in April, looking in Savannah Georgia but finally found our beautiful new home in Charleston.

As a buyer in the pandemic market it was competitive. Find a home you like, place an offer, get out bid, feel some heartbreak then repeat this nth times.

Before you can do any of this you need to be pre-approved for a loan. Joel s team, along with Pete, Dalton and Stacy are amazing. The loan process was the easiest part of it all. All we had to do was fill out the secure online application and submit the required documents and voila we were pre approved at a great rate.

Once our last offer was accepted, the real work started. Each milestone we hit in the process, the team would make sure we were on schedule and that closing would go smoothly.

We had a 30 day close and we signed the closing documents without any hiccups. My wife and I are now finally home owners and I thank Joel and his team for making it easy.
