I have been a customer of RedFS for several years now and I must say that their service is simply average. There is nothing particularly great or excellent about it. The website looks outdated and the navigation is confusing. The customer support is mediocre at best, with long response times and unhelpful answers. Overall, I am a bit disappointed with RedFS and I believe there are much better options out there.
