I was really impressed by the line of stock... until 3 days after my order I get an email saying 'the item you ordered is infact on backorder, do you want to cancel?' I needed the gear immediately and whats more they provided no estimation of time in that email.. THEY have a responsibility to give an estimation of delivery time, and they lied because they failed to state that it was on backorder like the majority of good retailers do. So annoyed with this and will definitely not buy stuff from them in the future..

The backorder email contained absolutely NO apology even though it was automated, I hope they improve their service in the future

EDIT.

I got great customer service soon after this review. They explained the situation (faulty website, that was being fixed) and told me what they had in stock and delivered it very quickly.
