I wasn't sure what this facility was when I first went in, but I find the staff to be really accommodating and kind. The people in Membership are very knowledgeable and work with you to find reasonable pricing, and the front desk staff remembers people and makes you feel important. I think my only criticism is probably that they could have more free community days or better discounts on membership.
