Terrible service. I have to continue to follow up with them for timing. I took in a simple ring for them to replace a shank and it broke within a month and a part of the ring was lost. They were not willing to give a refund and said it would be a couple weeks until their jeweler was back and it has been over a month with no response with a proposal to fix it somehow. I will not go back and would not recommend in the future. Just because I didn't bring in a huge expensive diamond ring, does not mean that I deserve lesser service.
