I'm only rating them at 1 because there is no option for zero or negative numbers. Springboro, OH store -- horrible service, lies, put on phone hold for almost 20 minutes, couldn't find our car in their system, parts left off, saw a car that a tech had wrecked in the parking lot, saw 2 temper-tantrums by mechanics, dropping off for "couple hours" at 10 AM became 7:30 pm after store was closed, one of the new tires was totally flat the next morning. No apologies from anybody. Horrible!! Never, ever again. Stay away!!
