The staff was pleasant enough, the room was pleasant enough, and the overall stay was pleasant enough. The location is what you're paying for, though. There are nicer, more luxurious hotels for similar or less money just a few blocks west or south. If I had to complain about anything, it would be the room size. I had the standard King room, and was shocked at how sparse it was. Everything was clean and in good repair, just smaller than I was expecting. I didn't make use of any of the amenities (pool, spa, workout room, restaurants, etc) so I can't comment on those.
