I called out of frustration and needing answers in regards to a company I felt was not being ethical. Kevin and I spoke, I felt it was worth my while to pay him to try and resolve my issues with this company. He was in constant contact with me and advised me of each step. He was knowledgeable in all areas that were such a gray area for me. He resolved my issues and terminated my contract with said company AND got me refunded for my troubles. I highly recommend!!! We don't all know AND understand the law or our rights as consumers. He took an issue that filled me with anxiety and made it go away! I am grateful and will use again in the future IF needed and I WOULD ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND.
