If I could give them zero I would. I myself stay in the Emergency room for over 24 hours. The lack in real work is real. The security guards are either horn dogs on patients or nurses. You have security guards playing favoritism with their own kind. Nurse talk more trash then focus on problems at hand. In my time with them I have experience disturbing events. For example me coming out the bathroom another patient has my jacket on and laying in my bed. Nurse tells me doctor is coming, he didn't arrive until 3 hours later an me asking for a supervisor he then shows up to tell me he wasn't page. The lack of ccommunication. Don't get me wrong I met two nurse on each shift that was amazing. But most nurse are rude. Rolling their eyes or raising of the of the voice to patients who just trying to ask for direction. There's this one security I seen him push up real close an personal with at least two nurse during work hours.
I work for the state with people born with disabilities. So I understand the stress that comes with this type of job. But don't get in this field is patient isn't key. Then you mix Physic patients with normal individuals. Unsafe don't you think. Nurses come to work for one hour already talking about what time they taking break. I strongly believe discipline and training needs to be put in play. I would say have staff have badges to look good and have authority for the wrong reason. This not their passions. This hospital has to evaluate the people they have working for them. I totally understand the nagging an etc can be stressful but people come to have nurses an doctors make us feel better. So I just want to know what actions are going to be taken place to better the employees currently employed. Or do us as people need to cam up and start suing?
