I am very pleased with prompt response I received from A#1 across the board. Within 3 days I selected and they installed a completely new system. I elected to purchase a 16 SEER unit with a very good service plan. The new system replaced a 16 year old system that I have been nursing along for the last 5 years. I should have replaced it 5 years ago and not wasted so much money and time. The new system cools 100% better and wow have we been tested this year! Had a slight problem with the 2 stage system but A#1 was quick to respond and correct. I am very pleased with the selection, installation and service I have recieved. I feel I made the correct choice.
