I'm glad that RMIS made it clear that they really want to be there to support me through any challenges that may arise. I didn't hesitate to contact customer service when I was training a new employee. Carlos was exceptional. Thanks to you we can use RMIS to it's full potential. I will be reccomending them to all of my business contacts so they are in compliance and can continue to do business with no insurance issues.
